Such a cool place! The mansion itself is cool, and the grounds are cool too. Recently went to a farmers market here and had such a great time. They select great, friendly vendors and have a wonderful set up. They also had alcoholic beverages and food trucks available and they were really good!

The Dole Farmer's Market is great. Simple Bakery is amazing for the cinnamon rolls and fresh bread. PastaBar is essential, especially for their fresh pasta and sauces.

Beautiful historic place right next to crystal lake beach....former St. Mary's seminary and former Dole Pineapple Mansion. The staff here are wonderful to speak with on the history of the place. They have now obviously turned it into an arts center and have photography studios, music studios, studio art, listening room and all. They are also rehabbing the historical mansion part that used to be home to the Franciscan brothers...

I went in looking for a space to rent for the new regenerative medicine programs myself and my husband are putting together. The staff was great, friendly and the spaces they offer are simply historical and beautiful. I highly recommend Lakeside to anyone who is holding a conference or a talk. Pricing is reasonable and services are outstanding.

Have to show an IRS certificate number for sales tax to be a vendor at the farmers market. That's ridiculous. Many small businesses don't have tax forms as we are not an official business. Also some people are just getting started selling their art. Good job not giving them that opportunity, classic Crystal Fake move.
